This presentation will look at how the University of Bath have rolled out OpenCms across the University and how they are developing the system to "give back" to the Open Source community.
Enterprise Content Management Systems have been implemented in Universities for many years but the sector (in general) has shied away from Open Source solutions because of the perceived risks. The University of Bath chose OpenCms because they felt it gave them the opportunity to tailor the system to their needs rather than expecting their users to adapt to their system.

OpenCms Days 2009 did take place in the KOMED convention center in Cologne, Germany. The KOMED buildings are situated centrally in the MediaPark.
